At Sardinha BJJ Cape Cod, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for adults, women, and children of all skill levels. Our focus is on delivering exceptional self-defense courses and private lessons to empower our students.

Our Mission

Professor Bruno De Franca
First Degree Black Belt

Prof. Bruno de Franca began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2009 with Team Renzo Gracie in New York City.

Once he received his Purple belt, he began teaching beginners class and then on to kids classes. In 2017 he moved to Phoenix, Arizona and began training with Team Megaton. He received his Black Belt in 2021 from Prof. Wesclay Sardinha and Master Megaton.

Prof. Bruno makes each class fun and interesting and shares his enthusiasm for the sport with each and every student. Our kids class could not have a better Instructor to help them begin their journey into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
